25% Rent Rebate Program allows ONE FOURTH of your rent to be applied to the purchase of your new home
A few of our apartment partners offer a rebate of 20% of your rent towards the purchase of a new home after your stay with them. We are happy to make you aware of the communities that have that generous offer and help you lease there. However, if it turns out those particular apartments don't have an apartment home that meets your needs, or are affiliated with a builder that doesn't suit you, we at HomePlace Apartment Search & Realty are pleased to offer a similar program to be used with ANY apartment you lease through us in the Austin metro area.
We offer a rebate of 25% of your apartment rent during your lease term (not to exceed
1% of the sales price of ANY new builder's home). Other advantages of our program are that it can be used with ANY apartment you lease through HomePlace Apartment Search, AND you are not restricted to a particular builder and/or mortgage company as you are with most apartment rent rebate programs.
You can have a selection of any homebuilder new home in the Austin Texas metro area. You can receive up to a 1% rebate of the sales price of the new home at closing. You may use the rebate for closing costs, upgrades or to just reduce your loan amount.
Additionally, and most importantly, you receive professional Exclusive Buyer Representation from a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed broker/ agent in your new home purchase so that your best interests are represented. We assist you in negotiating for the best possible price and the best upgrade package available while working for and representing you rather than the builder.
You can also take advantage of this program even if you don't rent first ! - if you would like to purchase a new home right away. You can still receive up to a 1% rebate of the sales price at closing. Just ask me how.
Also, our expertise in the apartment locating field allows us to help you find the best short term apartment lease available if need be while you wait for your new home construction to be finished. We can help whether it be a month to month "corporate" apartment that comes fully furnished with utilities, telephone, TV, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. or a traditional apartment with a 3-5 month "short term" lease or a full term 6-13 month lease.
